Marbella Clubs Open in Winter: What Stays Open from October to May
· Updated:
Marbella has two nightlife calendars. From June to September everything is open and the summer clubs take over. From October to May, the big seasonal rooms close and the night runs on the clubs that open all year. Most guides online don't make that distinction, which is how people end up in a taxi to a club that shut in September. This is the winter list, checked against each club's own website in October 2026.
Open through the winter
TIBU, Puerto Banús. On Plaza Antonio Banderas, with an indoor club, open-air terrace and restaurant, and it advertises itself as open every night. It already has a New Year's Eve party on its calendar for 31 December 2026. If you only have one night in Banús in winter, this is the safe bet.

Newscafé, Puerto Banús. Front line of the marina, open seven days a week: 10am to 3am Sunday to Thursday and until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays, with DJs at night. Good for the first drinks or a whole night at a table.

Taok, Marbella centre. On Avenida del Mar, open Wednesday to Sunday, with Latin, reggaeton and commercial music and an 18+ door. It's the closest thing to a local's club on this list.

Momento, Golden Mile. Restaurant, patio and club in Villa Parra: dinner first, club from around midnight. It's running into the autumn, with a Halloween party on Saturday 31 October 2026.

Motel Particulier, Golden Mile. Open every day from 7:30pm to 3am in Urbanización Marbellamar, with dinner, a night club and a Red Room. In winter it's one of the few places where dinner turns into dancing midweek.

NYX and COYA Club, Puente Romano. NYX is the lounge behind a hidden door in GAIA, open Wednesday to Saturday from 10pm to 4am, with dinner on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:45pm. In the same resort, COYA Club runs Thursday to Saturday from 9pm to 4am, going from dinner to a live show and then DJs.

Vudu, Puerto Banús. A dinner show rather than a club, but it opens every night from 8pm (until 1am, or 2am on Fridays and Saturdays) with a DJ, sax and dancers, which counts for a lot in January.

Puente Romano after dinner
Puente Romano is the one place on the Golden Mile where several late options sit side by side all year. Besides NYX and COYA Club, Bar La Plaza serves cocktails with DJ-led music from 6pm to 3am, Pica Pica runs DJs, Caribbean cocktails and shisha until 1am, and Claude's has live music on Fridays and Saturdays until 3am.

Tips for a winter night out
- Fridays and Saturdays carry the winter. Midweek, stick to Motel Particulier, Newscafé, TIBU or Taok (Wednesday onwards).
- Winter hours can change around holidays. Check the club's own channels the same day, or ask us.
- For New Year's Eve, sort the table out early: TIBU already has its 31 December party on the calendar.
- Dress codes don't relax in winter: smart, no sportswear, no flip-flops.

Yes. TIBU says it opens every night, Newscafé opens seven days a week and Vudu opens daily from 8pm. What closes is Pangea and Mirage, which are summer clubs.
When do the summer clubs reopen?
