Mirage Marbella: What the Nights Are Like and When It Reopens

Mirage is one of the names that comes up every summer when people plan a night around Puerto Banús. If you're reading this in autumn, the first thing to know is the timing: the club held its closing party in October 2026 and is now shut for the season. It's expected back in summer 2027, but the reopening date hasn't been announced yet. Below is what the club is like, how the week was laid out this summer, and where to go while it's closed.

Where it is

The address is Urb. Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús 14, in Nueva Andalucía, right at the roundabout where you drive into Puerto Banús. That makes it easy to combine with dinner in the port or a drink on the front line before heading in. Taxis know it well, and from most Golden Mile hotels it's a short ride. If you're coming from Marbella town on a summer weekend, give yourself extra time, because traffic around the port entrance builds up late in the evening.

The room

The detail people remember is the acoustic glass wall. When it retracts, the main room and the VIP area become one space of roughly 800 m², so the club can feel intimate early on and then open up once the night gets going. The club lists more than 40 VIP tables. Two of them get talked about more than the rest: a gold table set by a rock pool with a jacuzzi, and a table in what the club calls its secret dark room. If you're booking for a birthday or a group that wants some theatre, those are the ones to ask about early, because there's only one of each.

The VIP lounge plays a different genre from the main room, which helps if your group doesn't agree on music. Resident DJs carry most nights, with international artists on bigger dates and in-house performances worked into the show. Don't expect a plain box with a DJ booth; the production is part of the night.

The summer 2026 weekly programme

In season, Mirage runs a themed night for every day of the week. This is how the programme looked on the club's site during summer 2026. Treat it as a guide to the format, not as the 2027 line-up, which hasn't been published.

Two ladies' nights in one week tells you something about the crowd the club builds on Mondays and Wednesdays. Weekends are the busiest, as they are everywhere in Banús. Because each night has its own identity, it's worth choosing the night first and the date second once the season is back.

What to wear and what to expect at the door

In the sources we checked, Mirage doesn't publish a written dress code. Our general advice for Marbella clubs holds: smart-casual is the safe bet, which means proper shoes, no beachwear and no sports kit. Bring ID, because the door can ask for it. On busy nights, a table or a name on the list makes arrival smoother than turning up on the night, especially for bigger groups.

Is Mirage open now?

No. The season ended with the closing party in October 2026, and the club stays closed through the winter. It's expected to return in summer 2027, and we'll update this page as soon as dates are out. If you message us now, we can let you know when tables and the list open for next season.

Where to go in Puerto Banús this winter

If you're in Marbella between now and next summer and want the same part of town, TIBU Banús is the obvious swap. It's on Plaza Antonio Banderas in Puerto Banús, says it's open every night till late, and pairs an indoor club with a big open-air terrace. It's a few minutes from Mirage's door, so the plan of dinner in the port followed by a club still works in winter.
